Nex Pest Control built its Rock County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Ask any Rock County technician on our team how long they've worked structural pest control and you'll get a real number, not a script — experience is the whole reason our diagnosis is faster than a guess-and-spray visit.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Rock County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
Our Rock County dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Rock County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Rock County homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Rock County properties.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Rock County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Rock County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Rock County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Rock County accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Rock County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Rock County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Rock County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Rock County same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Rock County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Rock County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Rock County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Rock County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Rock County service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Rock County crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.

Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.

Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
